OUR MOTIVATION
ACADEMICAS has been created as a platform for women academics around the world aimed to incite an opportunity to connect, share experiences and provide support for each other during their academic careers and after.
This is a platform specifically aimed at uniting women in academia, creating networks of resilience between them and increasing awareness about our field.

OUR AIM
ACADEMICAS seeks to stir the development of a growing community of women academics across the globe in an attempt to break those psychological and emotional barriers between us, bring us together and allow us to learn from each other.
Being connected will not only help us improve our networks and connections within the wider academic sector, but it will offer us an opportunity to relate to other women out there and their stories, ultimately growing our confidence and self-esteem.
